Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 2% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.
  • Kid Safety: For kids between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend 1 drop of ylang ylang, 1 drop of lavender, and 1 drop of neroli in 1 ounce of carrier.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Add 1 fl oz of unscented lotion to an empty glass jar.
  2. 2. Drop the essential oils into the lotion.
  3. 3. Using a glass stir rod, or other blending tool, mix the oils into the lotion until combined. 
  4. 4. Apply to the chest, or over the heart when looking for relief.
