Pain and Inflammation Blend

A bright, effective synergistic blend to help with pain & inflammation.  The conifers offer us remarkable pain relief properties!  Along with reducing pain and iinflammation, this blend is uplifting, stimulating and invigorating.  Rub gently onto painful joints  several times a day.  Also helpful for aches and pains when you have the flu.

• Mastic is known for its pain-relieving qualities and to help increase strength and endurance during difficult times.  
• Engelman Spruce is a warming oil that has an analgesic effect.  An anti-inflammatory, Engelman Spruce relieves muscular & rheumatic pain and swelling by increasing blood circulation.  Emotionally and physically vitalizing!
• Sitka Spruce is an amazing oil. It has a very strong pain killing effect.  A warming oil that decreases inflammation & is an antispasmodic. Great for relieving rheumatic pain. An added benefit is the calming effect of Sitka Spruce when we are dealing with pain.

• Orange is an antispasmodic, sedative and unblocks and circulates stagnant energy.  Adds a bright, fresh note to our blend!

Ingredients:  1 ounce Organic Jojoba oil with essential oils of: Engelman Spruce Picea engelmanni, Mastic Pistacia lentiscus, Orange Citrus sinensis & Sitka Spruce Picea sitchensis.  

Note:  This blend is made with 22 total drops of essential oil in 1 ounce of Jojoba. This dilution is used for specific illnesses or for acute injury. Blends made at this dilution are used for a week or two, for an acute situation.
