Rock Rose - Cistus ladaniferus

The most outstanding effect of Rock Rose is its wound healing abilities. I use it in any blend I am making for healing skin issues, new or old scars, wounds, inflammation and infections. It is wonderful in blends for mature skin. It is a great anti-inflammatory. Rock Rose has a penetrating, deep aroma that opens up the senses.

We have Rock Rose from Morocco, batch 103 and Rock Rose from Spain, batch 104.  The Rock Rose from Spain is the typical Rock Rose with more energetic properties than the Moroccan Rock Rose.  The Moroccan Rose has more Camphene and Bornyl acetate than the Spanish Rock Rose, great for their analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.  They are both beautiful!
