Cedar wood
This is not my favorite oil.
It’s a good oil, but not my favorite
I LOVE cedarwood! I wear it daily and have been for a very long time. The variety I’ve been using for years came from another company but I love aromatics international so I was very eager to try theirs. And like the review title says, I like it but it’s not as sweet smelling as the variety I was used to. So my review is based more on just personal preference. But otherwise, I like this oil and trust the quality!
Perfection
The oils came in a timely manner. Ordering was easy. They even threw in a free gift. All the products are high quality and wonderful.
Absolutely love this brand and their essential oils.
I don't enjoy the aroma of this oil and very much prefer Cedarwood Himalayan which is what I thought I was ordering. The mix up was 100% my fault as I was in a hurry and didn't bother to look at the botanical name and therefore purchased the incorrect one. There are a few different types of Cedarwood, at least 4 that I am aware of so I really should have been paying close attention to what I was doing. Even though I am not a fan of Juniperus virginiana (again it's just because the aroma of the oil isn't pleasing to me, it very well could end up being very useful for me when it comes to physical ailments or even mental health but as I am still in the process of becoming a certified Aromatherapist, I don't know a whole lot about the benefits of Juniperus virginiana yet. I am still giving this oil a 5 star review and that's because I have so much love and respect for the Aromatics International brand and have never been unhappy with this company.
