In Kurt Schnaubelt’s book, Advanced Aromatherapy, he states that limonene, sabinene and y-terpinene have all been found to offer antiviral properties. Limonene can be found in Lemon, Grapefruit, Bergamot, Neroli, Juniper Berry, and Pine. Sabinene can be found in Ravintsara and Ginger, and y-terpinene can be found in Tea Tree, Bergamot and Lemon.
