Abrasive Scrub

Traditional Uses

For kitchen and bathroom surfaces that need a more abrasive texture for cleaning.  So easy!

Ingredients

Directions

In a 16 oz wide mouth container mix all the ingredients listed with:

  • 1 cup of baking soda
  • 3 Tablespoons Castile Soap 
  • 1 Tablespoon of white vinegar


 

Bathroom Grout Scrub

Cleaning bathroom showers, sinks, kitchen sink

In a 16 oz wide mouth container mix all the ingredients listed with:

  • 1 cup of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch or Arrowroot
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Castile Soap

Easy! Add more Vinegar or Castile soap as needed to make a smooth consistency.  Substitute your own blend of essential oils .

Floor Cleaner

To wash a tile floor, or any floor that can be cleaned with water

Ingredients

In a bucket mix 2 cups of organic white vinegar with a gallon of water, add all ingredients above and wash the floor while inhaling immune supportive, cleansing essential oils! 

Hand Soap

To wash your hands using a skin nourishing, antimicrobial soap

Wash your hands with a squirt of this soap and hot water

Kitchen and Bathroom Disinfectant

Clean all kitchen and bathroom surfaces

Blend essential oils in a 16 oz spray bottle filled with 14 oz of water and 2 oz of white vinegar.
Spray freely and wipe with towel or sponge

Toilet Bowl Cleaner

To wash your toilet

Ingredients

Directions

To 1 cup of vinegar add 1/4 of a cup of Baking Soda and 1/4 cup of Borax. Add the essential oils listed above, pour into the toilet and let it all sit overnight. In the morning, scrub with a toilet brush. You can also use this recipe to clean the toilet without letting it sit overnight.

Wood Cutting Board Cleaner

To disinfect your wood cutting board

Directions

Use a paper towel with some organic white vinegar and scrub the cutting board. Then put 5 drops of the lemon essential oil on your sponge and thoroughly wipe both sides of the cutting board with your sponge.
