Great for any respiratory concerns! Helpful as a decongestant for the lungs, sinuses, and head. Use for allergies, colds, flu, and sinus infections.

Scotch Pine is one of my favorite essential oils and is excellent when combined with German Chamomile and Helichysum for its anti-inflammatory effects.

5 drops Scotch Pine
5 drops German Chamomile
5 drops Juniper
4 drops Lemon
4 drops Helichrysum

Add to one ounce of trauma oil and apply to painful area often.
