St Johns Wort has a strong herbaceous aroma that is slightly sweet.  It tastes rather green and dry with herbacious tones.  Suzanne Catty describes the diluted taste like a curious herb tea, something familiar and yet mysterious.  The benefits of this hydrosol is still in the experimental stage.  According to Suzanne Catty, The hydrosol has shown mild euphoriant properties being very effective in cases of asthenia and seasonal affective disorder, (SAD) and she recommends keeping a glass of water beside the bed and drink it upon rising in the morning in the winter; by the time you've had your shower you'll feel great.

Shipped in sterilized glass bottles and the 8 ounce is shpped in PET plastic bottles.  Best if stored in a cool dark place when not in use.
