Personal Experience, Research, Possible Actions

We love the aroma and use it in our diffuser, make inhalers with it, and use it in chest rubs, baths and massage oils. It blends well with Ravintsara and Tea Tree for infection.

If the infection is viral in nature we like to add Sandalwood. I also like to use it for headaches and sore muscles.
