Aromatics International Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms and site content, including product prices and availability, at anytime without notification. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Prices on the Website
Due to the nature of the essential oils market, price commitment is made upon the placement of your order only. Prices do change occasionally, we will keep our website prices updated on a daily basis. Aromatics International Inc. accepts payment via Visa and Master card.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy! Aromatics International Inc. does not provide client information to other companies or agencies, unless in connection with legal requirements. Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
Ordering Policies and Client Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username, or password. Aromatics International Inc. reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel an order, refuse service, terminate your account, and/or refuse to ship to certain addresses.
International Customers
By accessing the website from locations outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative, and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. All taxes, custom charges, tariffs and duties imposed by customs are your sole responsibility. Aromatics International is not responsible for any associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax on all products purchased.
We ship all orders within the Continental United States by USPS Priority Mail. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days. Shipping charges and sales tax will be added to the total of the order during checkout.
Insurance available upon request, just send us an email. All international orders are automatically insured.
Note: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local duty charges by your government. These charges are the sole responcibility of the buyer. Aromatics International is not responsible for any associated import fees that your country may impose. Please contact your local customs office to see what these charges are BEFORE placing your order. Estimated international shipping time is 4-10 days.
Aromatics International Inc. is not responsible for mail service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Order Cancellations
Because our orders are processed so quickly, cancellations must be within 2 hours following order completion. Once the oils have been mailed we will require full payment.
Most orders will be processed the same day they are received and mailed the next business day.
Order changes
We will do our best to accommodate you if the order has not been packed and/or shipped. If your order has already been packed and you wish to add on, the addition may need to be considered a new order.
Return Policy
All essential oils purchased through Aromatics International are non-refundable, as we cannot restock oils with a broken seal.
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item please contact us immediately to arrange return. We offer a 15-day money back guarantee on defective items in their original packaging. Returns must be received by Aromatics International Inc. within 15 days of the original order to qualify for this guarantee.
Product Accuracy
Aromatics International Inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing or representing products on the website. However, Aromatics International Inc. does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the website are complete, current, or error free.
Website Educational Materials
Aromatics International does not offer medical advice, and nothing contained in its pages is intended to substitute professional advice for medical diagnosis or treatment. In no event shall Aromatics International be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct or indirect damage. In no event shall Aromatics International Inc. total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the materials or products.

All content available on the Aromatics International Inc. website including, but not limited to, trademarks, text, graphics, logos, images, layout, audio clips, software, icons, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the compilation of all content, is the sole property of Aromatics International Inc. The content may not be duplicated, modified or sold, in whole or in part, without the written consent from Aromatics International Inc.. The creation of derivative works based on materials contained on the website including, but not limited to, products, services, fonts, logos, and unlicensed merchandise, is prohibited.
Legal Jurisdiction
The laws of the United States and the State of Florida shall govern any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the website or any matter concerning Aromatics International Inc. as if the Terms were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the State of Florida. Insurance Claims
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. If your package was insured, you will be asked to ship back to us all the packing materials with the original labels and package contents so we will be able to initiate insurance claims with USPS service.
