Personal Experience, Research, Possible Actions
To help alleviate nausea, use on a tissue and inhale, or make the suggested cream and apply to the abdomen.
Reduces damp, congested conditions in the respiratory and digestive systems. When suffering from cold or flu, use to ease chest and head pain from tightness and congestion.
This Cardamom CO2 has both a-terpineol and 1,8 cineole. Research shows that this combination is especially healing for HPV.
What is a CO2 extract? CO2 extraction is a very efficient way of extracting essential oil. Instead of using steam, as in steam distillation, Carbon dioxide is used as a solvent to extract the essential oil. As the extraction is finished and the pressure is released, the Carbon Dioxide escapes in its gaseous form leaving a pure essential oil without any solvent residue. One advantage of the CO2 extract is that heat isn't used in the process.
