Personal Experience, Research, Possible Actions

Canada is the only country where Black Spruce oil is distilled. I like to mix Black Spruce with my other Pine oils, add the mixture to lotion, and apply to my lower back twice a day. It has a delighful warming and energizing effect.

Black Spruce is known to soothe the symptoms of bronchitis and can also be used to treat skin conditions like eczema and acne. It is the perfect essential oil to add to massage oils as the aroma is appealing to most people and the oil immediately soothes muscle spasms and pain.
