About

I recommend the regular use of Roman Chamomile when dealing with a tight, stressful, spasmodic condition. It can be added to massage oils, compresses, creams or a bath to offer great relief. Roman Chamomile is a wonderful oil for assisting sleep, and offers deep rest to the nervous system. It has a sweet, fruity, light aroma.

Commonly used in formulations for symptoms of PMS and mood swings. Helpful to reduce muscle spasms and digestive pain. Great for restless leg syndrome. Profound and fast effects for calming an upset stomach.

I add one drop to an ounce of cream for babies with colic, and then gently massage on the belly before or after eating. Always dilute essential oil for use with a baby: one drop of essential oil in one ounce of cream is enough.

The English distiller of this Chamomile has fields of chamomile flowers as far as the eye can see! They combine the most up-to-date, all stainless-steel, direct-steam distillation equipment with the traditional skills of organic growing. This enables them to produce the freshest, highest quality essential oils.
