For Constipation With Tightness/Cramping
7 drops Sweet Marjoram
3 drops Bergamot
3 drops Orange
2 drops Neroli
1 drop R. Chamomile
5 drops Spikenard
Blend into 1 oz. cream. Massage into the abdomen several times daily.
