Larch has a strong anti-inflammatory effect and is a great respiratory oil for colds, flu and allergies.
Larch has a similar chemistry to Scotch Pine and they blend well together, enhancing the powerful anti-inflammatory action they each provide. The Larch will also provide a nice antispasmodic effect, allow tightness to release and support an opening in the lungs.

3 drops Lavender
5 drops Balsam Poplar
3 drops Neroli/Petitgrain
5 drops Helichrysum italicum
Add to 2 oz unscented lotion and apply to inflamed area.
