Personal Experience, Research, Possible Actions
This beautiful aromatic oil is distilled from Canadian trees. Canada is the only country where Black Spruce is distilled. It has unique immune-stimulant qualities. Research and the oil’s chemistry both indicate that Black Spruce is a powerful anti-inflammatory oil. It can be used for relief with painful arthritis and rheumatism. This oil is also known to be a great adrenal support. I take it with me when I travel, mix it with my other Pine oils, add it to lotion and put it on my low back twice a day. It gives me a sense of warmth and energy.
Black Spruce is also known for support during bronchitis, to reduce coughing, used for dry skin conditions like eczema and acne, and for muscles spasms. It is the perfect essential oil to add to massage oils as the aroma is appealing to most people and it will immediately soothe muscle spasms and pain.
