Elder Flower is noted for its effectiveness on the nervous system, reducing physical and mental strain & promoting a sense of calm.  Other uses include:

  • Mildly diuretic
  • Kidney detoxification
  • Reduce pain associated with swollen joints, arthritis, rheumatism and acid deposits in tissue
  • Use as a compress on muscle aches or sports injuries
  • Toning to the venous system
  • Immune boosting
  • Mildly astringent
  • Relief from sunburn
  • Diaphoretic


Suzanne Caddy says to take one teaspoon every hour at the first sign of a cold and you will probably never succumb to the infection.


Shelf life:  Very stable averaging at least 18 months. 

Shipped in sterilized glass bottles.  Best if stored in a cool dark place when not in use.
