Distilled from organic Rose Geranium Pelargonium capitatum leaves.

Moderately stable shelf life of about 14-16 months.

PH:

Lives up to its name of being energizing and uplifting but without the bite.  The overall effect is sweet and cool.  A nice way to start the morning.  Traditionally helps with mental clarity and is noted for being very antimicrobial. 

Other traditional uses:

• Anti-oxidant
• Ear infection support - use a hot compress
• Respiratory - steam inhalation 
• Great for the skin, calming irritations, bumps, pimples, and roughness from the inside out.  Works on the middle layers of the skin
• Brightens and clarifies all complexions
• Mildly diuretic
• Feminine hygiene

Suzanne Catty suggests combining  with rose geranium, melissa, chamomile, lemon verbena and carrot seed hydrosols (Try with some essential oils) for a serious skin-regenerating protocol.

Shipped in sterilized glass bottles.  Best if stored in a cool dark place when not in use. 

Safety:  Avoid with high blood pressure and in the first trimester of pregnancy.
