Distilled from Rose petals - Rosa centifolia

We offer two different Rose hydrosols.  This one is the Centifolia and our other is the damascena rose.  They are distilled by a small Artisan Distiller in the south of France and offer us  an amazing Rose hydrosol.  They are both beautiful hydrosols!  The Centifolia rose has a sweet, delicate aroma, while the Damascena rose has a deep, powerful aroma. Both offer the same qualities and is a matter of preference.   Suzanne Catty states that Rose has an affinity with the heart and the emotional spheres of the mind, body and spirit.  

Rose hydrosol has a highly complex aroma (Rose water) and has been know for many generations as a wonderful toner for the skin. It adds and retains moisture to dry/mature skin. When making your own lotions it adds a soft beautiful floral aroma and many skin healing properties. Add to yoour bath for a divine experience!  This distiller produces such an incredible hydrosol, if you love rose, this will delight you!
