Peppermint Hydrosol is used to cool and refresh. It can be sprayed on the back of your neck, and on your head and chest. It smells great, brings energy and freshness, and is very helpful for reducing nausea. It also has immune stimulating properties! The distiller tells us that peppermint Hydrosol is a good insect repellent. Try combining Peppermint hydrosol with helichrysum hydrosol or Lavender hydrosol for pain relief.
Peppermint is most famous for its digestive, anti-inflammatory and mind stimulating properties. Others have had success when suffering from Crohn's disease, colitis or irritable bowel syndrome.
Peppermint is mentally stimulating and is a good wake-up water. Drink it in the morning to get the whole body going including the bowels.
Shipped in sterilized glass bottles. Best if stored in a cool dark place when not in use.
