Hydrosol - Helichrysum (Unsprayed)

Artisan crafted USA

Distilled from Helichrysum - Helichrysum italicum

Distillation date:  September 2011

Shelf life:  Very stable lasting at least 2 years.

Helichrysum hydrosol is wonderful for cuts, wounds, bruising and pain. It is great for skin care, helping to heal most skin conditions. It is used around incisions after any kind of surgery, used as a mouth wash, and used for animals when any skin issue arises.  When using for wound healing, we recommend using the hydrosol around the wound until the stitches come out and then spraying on the incision site. This will allow the wound to heal from the inside out.  This Helichrysum is grown on a hillside near the coast of Sunny Southern California with a very similar climate and growing conditions as the Corsican Island.  It is a beautiful Helichrysum.  We like to combine Calendula, Lavender and Yarrow hydrosols for a wound care treatment with analgesic effects.

It is excellent as a spray combined with German Chamomile for skin inflammation, damaged skin, sun burn or rashes.

  • Anti-inflammatory
  • Mild analgesic
  • Great for after sports workout.
  • Scar tissue support
  • Rosacea

For bruising, sore muscles, rashes and insect bites, apply a cold compress dampened with hydrosol directly on the affected area.  Apply several times a day.

Shipped in sterilized glass bottles.  Best if stored in a cool dark place when not in use.
